Private community help and support requests
Request financial, education or personal support without publishing private details on the map.
Use the private request form
If you need personal help, sign in and use the private support request form rather than a public issue description. Requests may relate to education, financial hardship, disability or other community needs. Provide only information needed to understand the request and avoid uploading identity documents or other people’s private records.
Optional anonymous visibility
Private request descriptions and contact details are restricted to authorised administration staff. If you choose an anonymous public map pin, consent and review are required. Its general category and approximate area may be visible; your private description remains separate. You can withdraw that public visibility through your account.
What the platform can promise
Submitting a request creates a record for review. It does not guarantee funding, treatment, eligibility, a response time or assistance. Notificity is not a mental health treatment provider or emergency service. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly rather than waiting for a website response.
