Terms of Use & Community Rules
Rules for using an independent community reporting and organisation workspace platform.
Updated 2026-10-19 · v0.9.3
1. Purpose and scope
Notificity helps people and public services identify problems and follow recorded responses. It is not a government agency, emergency dispatcher, police-reporting channel, medical service or guarantee of assistance. Use the official emergency channels for immediate danger. Adults aged 18 or over may create accounts. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate private profile information.
2. Responsible submissions
Submit factual observations and material you are entitled to share. Do not post threats, harassment, discrimination, false or misleading accusations, spam, illegal material, confidential information or identifiable criminal allegations about private individuals. Avoid names, faces, home addresses and children’s details. Do not put yourself at risk to obtain photographs or evidence. Tell us if you believe content is unlawful or exposes personal data.
3. Your content and moderation
You retain your rights in your original material and grant the limited permission needed to host, display and moderate it for this service. Publication requires approval; edits may return an item to review. We may restrict content or accounts to protect users or meet legal duties, with review available through our contact channel. Public content may be indexed or copied outside our control. We do not guarantee that every statement is accurate or independently verified.
4. Private support and case work
Use the separate private form for personal support. Optional public support pins need separate permission and review. Assistance, funding and response times are not guaranteed. Assigned organisations work within their permissions; restricted conversations are not public. An assignment is not a finding of legal responsibility. A resolved label records an approved outcome; it is not an independently certified safety assessment.
5. Organisations, reviews and payment
Organisation representatives must have authority to act and respect the data they access. Reviews, replies and progress updates are moderated. Paying for workspace features does not buy positive reviews or complaint removal. Public reporting is free; organisation subscriptions require separately agreed activation, pricing and applicable contract terms. The plan-request form itself does not make a charge.
6. Limits and applicable rights
Service availability, maps and third-party tools may change or be interrupted. Nothing here excludes liability or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise a particular result, official response or uninterrupted service. Applicable mandatory local law continues to apply. Contact us about a dispute or access restriction before escalation where appropriate.
7. Privacy and updates
The Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain information handling; reading them is not blanket consent to optional processing. Consent choices are separate. Future material changes will be described with a new version; additional consent will be requested where necessary. Contact the service using the details above.
