Local voices.
Visible accountability.

Notificity is an independent community reporting platform, starting with a United Kingdom pilot and designed to support more countries.

What does Notificity do?

Members submit local issues and consumer complaints, choose a location or UK postcode and attach relevant evidence. Administrators review submissions before public display. Approved reports can appear on the Google map and can be assigned to participating organisations.

How do organisations respond?

Participating organisations manage assigned cases through a workspace, keep case conversations and submit public progress for review. Public records distinguish reported, in-progress and resolved cases. Recorded costs are submitted figures, not independently audited accounts. Assignment does not establish legal responsibility.

Are personal support requests public?

Private support requests are separate from public reports. Their descriptions and contact details are restricted to authorised administration staff. Optional anonymous map pins require consent and review and show only a general category and approximate area. Assistance, funding and response times are not guaranteed.

Can I review an organisation?

Members can submit star ratings and comments for moderation. Organisation members cannot rate their own organisation. Official responses are reviewed before publication. A reviewer or administrator confirms resolution; the original star rating is retained. Experiences and purchases are not independently verified.

How is the platform funded?

Public reporting and public profiles are free. Organisation subscriptions fund team case-management tools. Pricing does not influence star ratings or buy complaint removal. Compare workspace plans.

What are the limits?

Notificity is not a government agency, emergency service, official crime dataset or clinical service. A map pin is a community report, not a verified alert. AI-assisted analysis and automatic authority notifications are not currently connected. PerfectoHub is a separate community website; shared login is not connected.
